My business is moving, what do I need to do?
We know moving can be a stressful time, the good news is we’re here to make life easier. To ensure your move is properly attended to, please call one of our Portfolio Account Managers at 0330 0882679 with details of your moving out date, final meter reading and a forwarding address. You can also complete our Moving Out online form. We would also be happy to give you a quote to supply power to your new premises, if you provide us with your MPAN (s) and annual consumption.
Who do I contact in the case of an electrical outage or emergency?
